Cascade HR Ltd was formed in 1992 as a specialist HR software supplier. In 2005 we acquired the payroll software company Palm Computer Systems, which has produced payroll and other HR products since 1984. This merger strategically moved Cascade into the elite band of suppliers, of which there are few, who provide both in-house HR and Payroll solutions. This has set us apart from the majority of suppliers in the UK who rely on third-party companies and rebadged systems to provide their payroll solution.

As an authorised Microsoft Certified Solution Provider, Cascade works closely with Microsoft technology and has become a 'centre of Excellence' for Microsoft skills. Many of our technical staff are certified Microsoft professionals following the MCP, MCSE and MCSD certification routes.

Alan Jones
Alan is 47 and founded Cascade in 1992. Alan is our Managing Director and takes responsibility for company strategy and direction. A key project for Alan in 2008 is the company's move to new, custom premises which we have purchased recently. Still in Pudsey, Leeds, Alan is managing the refurbishment and move of our entire company in May 2008. These offices will facilitate continued growth and further improvements to our services as well as providing an even better experience for our employees.
Dan Edwards
Dan is 34 and has been Software Development Director since 2005. Previously Dan was Development Manager at Cascade and was one of the first ever employees, joining the company back in 1995. Dan is an experienced software developer and has managed the transition to browser based and .Net technology with his team of experienced developers with great success.
Heather Vitty
Heather is 44 and is Cascade's Client Services Director, responsible for all implementation projects and training. Heather joined Cascade in 1998 as a Project Manager and became Client Services Director in 2005. Heather is committed to ensuring that our clients receive the solution they set out to acquire and ensures that handover from Sales to Client Services and then subsequently to Account Management is conducted accurately and positively with the client's best interests at heart.
Richard Anderson
Richard is 38 and has been in the HR and Payroll software industry for 11 years. In 1997 Richard joined Cascade as Sales Manager and managed the sales and marketing team. Richard recently invested in Cascade and became Sales Director in January 2007. Supported by a dedicated and professional team of Sales Executives and Cascade's Marketing Manager, Richard is committed to ensuring that quality pervades our pre sales services and that an open book policy is followed at all time. His philosophy is 'If you can't show it, it doesn't do it' meaning that his team will not say 'Yes' unless we can prove that the software will deliver the functionality.
