My name is Matthew and here at Cascade I work on the helpdesk. I am one of the people who provide help and advice surrounding the use and configuration of your HR system. I like working at Cascade because of the positive, friendly and helpful atmosphere.

I’m Ben and I’m a project developer. It feels great to work on innovative software concepts in such a vibrant, focused environment. The development team are very enthusiastic about our product and we’re always looking forward to the next great feature.

I’m Amy and work within the Marketing department at Cascade. My job involves speaking with prospective customers about our software and answering any questions they might have. Outside of my job I spend as much time as possible with my son who is 1.

My name is Sheena and I have worked as a Product Consultant at Cascade for 2 years. My job involves implementation of Cascade for new customers, upgrading existing customers, consultancy where applicable and product demonstrations.

Senior Service Desk Consultant
I’m Mark and have worked at Cascade for over 3 years as a Senior Service Desk Consultant. My job role entails resolving customer incidents at a 1st & 2nd line level, creating Service Desk statistics and managing the Service Desk team in the Service Desk Managers absence.

Product Consultant
I’m Owen and I’m a Product Consultant. My job is demanding and varied but I enjoy the challenge. The role gives me a lot of autonomy and we are empowered to make decisions, which helps things run smoothly on site. As all our software is built in-house, any queries can be dealt with quickly.

I'm Andy and I am the Marketing Manager responsible for all of our marketing including this website and our telemarketing team. My role is varied and I enjoy meeting clients and developing case studies.
