About Us

Cascade are an innovative developer and supplier of human resource and payroll solutions. As a Microsoft Gold Partner we are experts in the very latest technology and have been using MS technologies since 1992. Our flagship human resources software, Cascade, is a .NET solution that was launched in 2004 and now has over 350 installed sites ranging from 25 to 10,000 employees. We currently employ 68 people and that number is growing all the time.

We are based in Leeds, West Yorkshire and have been listed in "Who's Who" of Business as one of the United Kingdom's top 1% of growing companies in 2007 and subsequent years. This growth has continued in a controlled manner throughout 2009, 10 and 11. 2011-12 will see Cascade turnover nearly 300% more than we did in 2007. Owned by 4 operational Directors the organisation has no outside investment and no borrowings and is financially strong. We have built upon nearly 20 years of success by investing in our people, products and clients to guarantee success in the future.

We continue to add more and more clients and expand into new markets. Our client base now includes organisations from the private and public sector and more specifically we can count legal firms, housing associations, power stations, Premier League football clubs, Oil & Energy firms, Associations, Education, Financial and much more amongst our clients.

Long Term Outlook

Unlike some of our competitors Cascade are a "Bricks and Mortar" company. By that we mean we have invested in our own offices which we own, and are in the processes of expanding. We dont operate from "Virtual offices" or home addresses, we havent rented offices for the short term. We have purchased our offices to send a strong message that "we are here, and we are here to stay."

This affects how we run our business. As we are planning for the long term we invest in software, knowledge, technology, resources and people that may not present returns for years to come but as we fully plan to be here, we think it's worthwhile.

Our building in Pudsey houses our Accounts Team, Administration, Marketing and Sales as well as our Service Desk. Our Project Teams also operate from this office and our Development team are also based here. In fact, our entire business in in Pudsey, Leeds and only certain members of our Sales Team and Account Management team are regional. We do not sub contract any services and all employees are UK based and directly employed. This allows us to ensure quality, consistency and above all, teamwork.
