Company History
Cascade HR Ltd was formed in 1992 as a specialist HR software supplier. In 2005 we acquired the payroll software company Palm Computer Systems which had produced payroll and other HR products since 1984. This acquisition strategically moved Cascade into the elite band of suppliers, of which there are few, who provide both in-house HR and Payroll solutions. This has set us apart from the majority of suppliers in the UK who rely on third-party companies and rebadged systems to provide their payroll solution.

Our extensive range of software and services embraces state-of-the-art technologies and latest business techniques to deliver practical, cost-effective and reliable solutions. We provide HR and Payroll solutions to many organisations across a wide range of sectors, including financial services, distribution, legal, housing, technology, manufacturing and utility companies.
We accredit our success directly to a company ethic of investment in people of the highest calibre and an ongoing program of staff training and development. As a Microsoft Gold Partner, Cascade works closely with Microsoft technology and has become a 'centre of Excellence' for Microsoft skills. Many of our technical staff are certified Microsoft professionals following the MCP, MCSE and MCSD certification routes.
