Because HR is browser based they can be implemented on our hosted servers (through our hosting partner) meaning that you do not have the cost of implementing your own server hardware, Microsoft SQL licenses or server maintenance. This reduces the investment you need to make in our systems and also offers excellent bandwidth for your cients.
It also means that the system can be accessed by your staff 24/7 and that you can provide services to your clients 24 hours a day. It reduces your cost of administration by allowing you to manage activities through workflow processes, online forms and surveys and other tools whilst at the same time offering value added services to your clients through advanced online tools including online recruitment and management of key activities such as new starters, leavers, attendance, salary modeling and staff reviews.
As with our direct clients we give you control. You can create screens, reports, queries, graphs, workflow processes, online application forms, electronic surveys, electronic forms and more. This means you can provide services to your clients without involving us, thereby avoiding cost and generating revenue.
In fact, after initial training for your staff and purchase, implemntation of your MSP License and set up all you pay us is a monthly fee per employee which our partners usually pass on to their clients.

Our Consultant scheme is designed to inform and enthuse Consultants about our systems so they feel comfortable recommending us to their clients. We provide a free System Orientation session here at our offices and a full Consultant pack with all you need to discuss and describe our solutions to your clients.
We also provide bonuses to consultants whose recommendations become Cascade Customers.

Resellers
Our reseller program is designed to empower organisations with all they need to resell our products to their marketplace. We offer 3 different reseller status to provide the reseller arrangement that suits you and suits the investment you wish to make to become a reseller. Resellers enjoy healthy margins on licenses, support and services and can choose the level of autonomy they require to suit their business model and client needs.
Recommendation Reseller
Recommend us to your clients and invite us to speak to them on your behalf. You can accompany us to demonstrations at your client but we will manage the pre sales process for you through to contract agreement with Cascade.
Introduction Reseller
Introduction Resellers go a step further and will have the facility to log onto a demonstration system hosted by us and show our system to clients for initial meetings. If the client shows interest then Cascade’s staff will qualify the client’s requirements and ensure a good match is made between the proposed system and client requirements and complete the contract agreement with Cascade.
Full Reseller
A full reseller will manage the entire sales process including demonstrations, specification or tender responses and contract signature. Full resellers provide 1st line support and the contract with the client is between the reseller and the client.
