HR and Payroll Integration
Cascade Payroll is a fully integrated module to the HR system. The payroll team still retain complete control as Cascade uniquely replaces the traditional ‘paper based in-tray’ with an electronic version. Payroll have the opportunity to review the ‘in-box’ and vet all changes of data that come from the HR system. They can choose to accept or query/reject each item of data, be it a new employee details form, or a change of bank details, etc. In this way, we give everyone what they really wanted – a fully integrated system, with a single point of data entry – so no rekeying, yet importantly, full control over the data that is entered into the payroll, by the payroll team themselves.
