Cascade’s core HR module includes a full organisational charting system as standard. This automatically displays the organisation structure and updates as your employee’s records are amended.
Options to display photographs, job title, phone and email address are provided as well as the facility to change the size of displays, colours and also print the organisation chart.
It is also possible to drill down to see teams below any given person or even search for a person in the organisation, displaying the structure around them.
An important factor for choosing the Cascade HR software system is that the organisational charting software it an integral part of the Cascade HR and payroll system, it is owned, developed and supported by Cascade.
Beware of software systems that use third party organisational charting products such as Viso and Orgplus- these are separate systems that have to interface with your core hr data and as such have to be synchronised regularly.
With Cascade's HR software this is not the case and the org charts are always up to date.
