Feedback is essential to our success. Too many hr software developers develop systems based on the technology they want to use or the features that they want to include. At Cascade we actively seek feedback from our clients via our Account Management team, User Groups, feedback forms and also at project stage, through direct feedback to our Project Managers and Implementation Consultants.
Proactive HR Software User Group
Many of our clients are active in our development program and have signed up to our testing program. This provides them with an insight into new releases of the hr and payroll software and an opportunity to guide and assist us with product development. Combined with our own internal beta testing program which concentrates on technical aspects of the release our clients who have become involved ensure usability as well as also offering opportunities for real world testing of our technology.
Our HR and payroll software User Groups are well attended and highly active. Our clients have a real passion for our systems and take pride in helping Cascade develop its systems and services to ensure a long term successful future for all parties.
At the User Group meetings Cascade staff deliver presentations detailing our successes and achievements for the past year and present plans and objectives for the next 12 months. New product developments are presented and plans for future developments discussed and feedback taken.
Later in the User Group day we break off into smaller workgroups to discuss and take feedback on specific areas of the system. Cascade employees will provide running copies of the system to aid discussion and will demonstrate new HR software and payroll software functionality and take suggestions for development on a one to one basis.
Our Directors attend the user group and take an active role. Your feedback and comments are a key reason they attend and your comments will be taken on board and acted upon where appropriate.
