Core Cascade HR Personnel system

CascadeHR is a browser based HR Management solution using .Net technology on a SQL database. This allows the system to be proactive in its methods. Typically, in traditional systems, when viewing employee data that data is presented in flat, grey screens which present the data as entered and do not provide management information or context sensitive data.

In CascadeHR this is not the case. Instead the system will present proactive information based on the activity which the user is engaged in. This is seen throughout the system from login, to data management through to reporting and general administration.

For example, on login the user will be presented with their own specific (whether Employee Self Serve, Manager Self Serve or HR User) dashboard which presents key data in table or chart form.

The screenshot below shows a typical HR Dashboard. This particular user (each user has a choice of a wide range of charts and tables to display in each of the 4 'panes') has a days lost to sickness graph, sickness by type and headcount/attendance report for all staff as well as a personal tasks list (driven by Workflow).
