Peter Swordey, HR Director at Wembley National Stadium, is delighted with the results of implementing Propath Sense.
'We now have a much higher consistency across all our employees. In fact, we are now in a position where we are creating HR benchmarks for our departments - something that would not have been possible previously due to a lack of real information.'
Employee data is easily maintained through a single Windows system that means no switching from screen-to-screen.
In addition, the Propath Sense screen designer allows additional fields to be added, existing fields to be manipulated and all screens to be modified as required.
'We have 100 staff, more than half of which transferred from Wembley London Ltd. Though not as complicated as some footballer's deals, there were a lot of implications involved in the move. For instance, we amalgamated two sets of terms and conditions. Also, the previous records were paper based and had a lot of information gaps - now filled easily because Sense is so user-friendly.'
Peter believes the real business benefits of Propath Sense lie in how it facilitates a more strategic approach to HR management within Wembley. He said:
'We can now access information such as skills levels, compare salary levels across divisions and grades to track and audit absences; these can all be compared to national averages and trends monitored over time. Implementation of Propath Sense was both rapid and effective and the help desk was very responsive to the minor tweaks required to tailor it to our specific requirements.'
