March 2007: Parkhaven Trust is a registered charity established in 1888 as 'The Maghull Homes' to provide the first residential centre in the U. K. for people with epilepsy.
The Trust provides short and long term residential and nursing care for older people in homes and also community homes for those with learning and physical disabilities and a wide range of day care opportunities.
Parkhaven, based in Liverpool, have decided to implement Cascade HR Systems to take control of their HR administration and ensure their training records are well maintained by utilising our Core HR module, Training Manager module and our Workflow and System Designer tools. To empower their Managers Parkhaven have also selected to implement Manager Self Serve.
After meetings with Richard Anderson, Cascade Sales Director, and also taking up references with existing Cascade clients, Mark Worden (HR Manager, Parkhaven) chose to purchase the Cascade system and begin the roll out immediately.
Richard said "Mark and I worked closely together to ensure that he understood the scope of our solutions and I had a clear understanding of Parkhaven's requirements, aims and goals. We both agree that a clear understanding, for both parties, before selection of a system is essential to the success of the project".
Parkhaven Trust are an important client for Cascade as this contract is Richard's first of three new clients who have selected Cascade since he re joined Cascade (read article) after a 4 year absence from the company.
