GNER choose Cascade HR
GNER (Great North Eastern Railways) have selected Cascade HR to implement their browser based HR solution for Personnel, Recruitment, Training and Workflow across GNER's 4,000 employee business.
GNER runs fast, frequent passenger rail services on the flagship East Coast Main Line between London King's Cross, the East Midlands, Yorkshire, the North East of England and Scotland, carrying more than 17.4 million passengers a year. The company started in 1996 and now carries 40% more passengers and runs 23% more trains (124 services every weekday, including 90 award-winning restaurant services). GNER consistently achieves amongst the highest passenger satisfaction scores in the industry.
GNER employs a wide variety of staff from drivers to administration across its 920-mile route, and was the first train operator to achieve Investors in People Accreditation status in its industry.
GNER examined a range of solution providers but selected Cascade for their innovative, pro active and feature rich browser based solution as well as their ability to deliver the project successfully, on time and to budget.
