Choices Care chooses Cascade HR

CHOICES CARE has been providing services to adults who have a Learning Disability in locations throughout the UK since its commencement in April 1995. Choices Care currently have over 1000 staff providing supported living, residential, domiciliary care and day care to people who have a Learning Disability.

Quality Assurance systems not only focus on internal audit but also include service user satisfaction, service users' family feedback staff and Stakeholder feedback.

This is supported through robust risk management, dissemination of relevant information, procedures, training, and supervision to ensure a Healthy and Safe environment. To support this work, the introduction of technology was deemed necessary. After a project to evaluate potential suppliers Cascade's .NET HR system was chosen. With multiple office locations and the need to continue to provide high quality HR support to the workforce as the organisation grows.
