Tenet's HR Director, Lisa Price, examined a wide range of suppliers before selecting Cascade. Richard Anderson, Cascade's Sales Director has been assisting Lisa with both their selection process and, once Cascade were established as preferred supplier, with Lisa's business case to get the approval for implementation of Cascade. Richard said 'Lisa had a clear vision of what she wanted to implement across the Tenet Group in terms of staff management solutions. An open system which everyone could use was essential as this would offer value both in terms of information and savings across the whole business. Another key aspect of this was the facility to not only manage reactive workflow processes which managed activities due to changes of data or dates but also process led activities. This means that cascade will allow Manager's to log on, identify the employee they wish to take action on and then select the activity and the system will guide them through the process even presenting screens and forms to them automatically in a timely fashion.'

Tenet, based in Horsforth in Leeds, employ 300 staff and will roll out Cascade's Self Serve module for all 300 employees as well as HR, Training, Recruitment, Workflow and System Designer. Additionally Cascade's online Surveys module has been included which will allow Tenet's HR team and Managers to create and run online surveys to all employees for any subject they wish from Course Evaluations to IIP Surveys.
