Each client is allocated a project manager (for example, Ric Mellor, pictured, Cascade Project Manager) who will oversee the configuration and implementation of your system to ensure you recieve the system and benefits that you purchased and once your system is live an account manager is allocated and you have full access to our comprehensive support services, all of which is delivered through our direct employees in house here in the UK.

Support & Maintenance

We do not rely on third parties for anything, including our professional and support services. Our HR and Payroll support service is based at our office in Leeds and includes both first line and second line technical support staff who you will get to know and who will know your company and system.
