Project Methodology
It is essential that we provide the framework, processes, guidelines and techniques to manage the people and the workload that is inherent with a modern IT project. A proven, quality controlled methodology ensures success and delivers accountability, as well as improvement through review and evolution.
Our Client Services Team includes project and implementation professionals such as Project Managers, Project Coordinators, Product Consultants and Support Consultants, headed up by Cascade's Client Services Director. Cascade has a reputation for delivering projects accurately, on time and to budget.

This means that achievement of project goals set out at pre sales and project planning stages are absolutely key to us and vital in the long term success of our relationship with you, the client.
The Cascade Project and Implementation Team will perform an essential role deploying the system within your organisation and will provide a seamless transition to our products, from any legacy or in house solutions. One of our Project Managers will be allocated to you and will conduct a Project Initiation Meeting, which is designed to identify and document an agreed specification and project plan, consisting of project milestones, key deliverables and responsibilities for both your project team and Cascade's.

Project Planning
When you select Cascade, we will allocate a Project Manager who will contact you and organise a Project Initiation Meeting. At this meeting we will plan out your project with you and create a project plan and project initiation document. These documents will lay out the process that we will follow to implement, configure, train your staff and go live with our software
Project Blueprinting
Cascade is a flexible system and both it and our projects are designed in anticipation of new reuquirements and unexpected changes mid project. We have evolved this approach as most of our clients do not present us with detailed specifications. However, Cascade can offer a service (available at pre sales if required) to identify and document requirements for you.
Taking ownership
Cascade is a system that is designed to belong to HR and Payroll teams. Our projects are designed to allow both your HR and Payroll staff and our implementation teams work together, literally side by side, to achieve go live. This means your teams can offer expertise on your organisation and we can offer expertise in our solutions and subsequently avoid all of the pitfalls that traditional projects encounter that are caused by misinterpretation of requirements and rigid approaches to specification.
User Training
A full range of training courses are provided, typically at your site, which will ensure that your team have a full and comprehensive understanding of your Cascade system and can get the very best from it. We will empower you with all of the skills needed to not only use your new Cascade solution but to own it throughout, from screen design ro report writing and workflow creation to day to day operations.
Go Live
Rolling your system out, especially Self Service and Online Recruitment, is a key aspect of your project. We have gained a strong methodology for rolling out our solutions through the experience gained with nearly 300 implementations to organisations, which in some cases have many sites and thousands of employees. Our team will ensure a smooth go live and that your users are confident and enthused.
Post Project Support
Post project your Project Manager will hand over to one of our dedicated Account Managers. By dedicated we mean they are Account Managers, not sales reps. In fact they sit int he project team and report to our Client Services Director, not our Sales Director. Their job is to help you get the very best from your new solutions for many years to come. Backed up by our in house Service Desk based in Leeds they, and some 80% of our employees who are in post sales roles, are committed to your long term, on going success and satisfaction.
