For Cascade, Account Management is a dedicated service, not part of our sales service. To that end we provide Account Managers who are part of our Client Services Team rather than our sales team. We do this so that their emphasis is account management and not sales targets. It costs us more as traditionally our competitors have sales teams providing account management but it means you get a better service which means we have loyal clients. Our Account Manager's role is simple, to help our clients get the best from their Cascade systems.

Our Account Managers are experienced in our systems and will visit your site to provide advice and support to help you get the very best from our systems through a variety of services, supported by our Support Desk and Client Services team, such as:.

Site Visits

Your Cascade Account Manager will visit your site on a regular basis completely free of charge. Their objective is to help you get the best from your system through advice and support. They will help you become involved in User Groups and also maximise the benefit you get from our Client Portal, Newsletters and other support services.

Regular Newsletter

Regular newsletters (delivered via email) will provide resources and news, advice about getting the best from your system, access to downloads and news about new features being developed. Newsletters also provide the chance to participate in feedback to Cascade.

Client Portal

Our client portal, available through secure login on our website, is a dedicated resource for our clients. With lots of resources and information as well as the facility to report and track support calls it is an essential resource for HR and Payroll teams.

New features and modules

Cascade is constantly evolving. We are a software house so a full third of our staff are technical and are working on new functionality and modules all of the time. Your Account Manager will visit you and demonstrate any features that you are not using or have not purchased so you can assess their value to you.
