Suzie Bogle, MA Chartered FCIPD, CEDR Accredited Mediator

As Chartered Fellow of the CIPD, Suzie is recognised for her ability and experience in advising chief executives who wish to develop human resources strategies in their organisations. She has worked in the HR sector for 15 years, five of them at strategic level and specialises in project and change management. For the last 3 years Suzie has worked as an independent HR Consultant.

Suzie has worked for large International Corporations and small owner managed business and knows the challenges faced for both; she has a wide and varied experience of different industries and cultures. Recently, Suzie has formalised her ability in mediation with CEDR accreditation. Mediation is an alternative dispute resolution method to litigation.
