Cascade's projects have been evolved through nearly 20 years of succesful project delivery at Cascade. Based on Prince 2 methodology but refined to deliver projects that meet our client's and our solution's needs specifically we have a 100% success rate in delivering our solutions to new clients. Our projects include a range of implementation services designed to ensure you get the exact solution you require but also to identify additional benefits that we can deliver through our innovative HR and Payroll software. Our experienced teams will deliver the right services for your project on time and to budget to ensure the success of your new HRP solution.

Our projects are designed to not only deliver your chosen solution, to your specifications using our Project Methodology (available on request) and our solutions as described in our System Overview (available on request) but also to ensure that upon Go Live you have the skills and competencies internally to continue to evolve Cascade to meet your changing needs. As such when we train your staff, we train them on your real system and sit alongside them, at your site, configuring real world workflows, reports, screens and other areas of the system that will be used by your users. We train general users on your configured system so they understand how you will use it, not how some non existant "standard" user might use Cascade.

Example services that may be included in a Cascade project

  • Project Management
    A dedicated Project Manager is allocated to your project who will manage the entire project from Project Initiation to Go Live and sign off.
  • Project Initiation
    An initial meeting to discuss the project, expectations, aims, responsibilities and timescales and from which a Project Plan is created and signed off.
  • Project Blue Printing
    An optional service for those clients who would liek their project requirements, such as workflows, identifying and documenting.
  • Configuration
    Cascade will configure your new system to meet your needs working alongside your staff every step of the way.
  • Installation
    Whether you have chosen to install Cascade on your own servers or opted for our Premium Hosting service Cascade will complete the install remotely, efficiently and securely.
  • Data Migration
    Our dedicated Data Migration team will transfer your data, via our secure processes, into your new Cascade system.
  • Parallel Runs
    We will parallel run your payroll to ensure it provides accurate and timely payroll.
  • Outlook Diary Integration
    Cascade can be integrated to MS Outlook Diaries to show calendar information.
  • Active Directory
    We can configure Cascade to benefit from AD Single Sign on or AD Data Exchange as required.
  • Other Services
    Our projects may include other services such as roll out of Mobile Apps, Test System set up, interfaces to T&A systems and other third party systems, Timesheet roll out and much more.
