User Group
Feedback is essential to success. At Cascade we actively seek feedback from our clients via our Account Management team, User Groups, feedback forms and also at project stage, through direct feedback to our Project Managers and Implementation Consultants.
Many of our clients are active in our development program and have also signed up to our testing program. This provides them with an insight into new releases and an opportunity to guide and assist us with product development. Combined with our own internal beta testing program, which concentrates on technical aspects of the release, our clients who have become involved ensure usability as well as also offering opportunities for real world testing of our technology.
Our User Groups are well attended and highly active. Our clients have a real passion for our systems and take pride in helping Cascade develop its systems and services to ensure a long term successful future for everyone involved.
Cascade User Group
This photograph is from our last User Group where our clients and Client Services Team spent time in Product Workshops discussing how to get the best from Cascade and key representatives from Cascade presented progress since the last User Group and also planned activities, based on feedback from our clients, leading up to the next User Group. A key event at the next 2009 User Group will be the launch of Version 4 of Cascade.
