Mosaic
Mosaic is a revolutionary new way of exploring your human capital. Humans are a visual species, our innate ability to instantly recognise faces has been a cornerstone of human development and remains a centrepiece of our society, even more so in the digital age.
It may be considered strange then that the very systems designed to manage humans in our place of work focus so strongly on lists of data. This is where Cascade, with the introduction of Mosaic, differs. Mosaic allows analysis using the faces of your employees with dynamic filtering and sorting in grids and graphs. Click, decide, consider, think and wonder "what if" on the fly as you see your workforce, displayed as faces, reorganised on screen.
System Designer
Not all of our clients want the same system. In fact, no two of our clients want the same system. Actually, none of our clients want the same system they originally implemented soon after they go live.
For this reason Cascade includes System Designer. System Designer allows our clients to edit existing screens such as employee and applicant records, by editing fields, labels, screen names and other aspects as well as adding new screens and fields and even importing data through a process that actually designs screens and adds fields automatically for them.
Reporting and Analysis
Whilst System Designer ensures our clients record their data how they want it this is a pointless exercise without the facility to report on and understand that data easily, accurately and informatively.
Cascade's Reporting and Analsysis features allow for data to be accessed in plain English, including new fields and screens added via System Designer, and organised into on screen queries and reports, instant graphs and charts and also ivot tables and multiple data tables sorted and filtered as required. Reports can be scheduled, shared and distributed as needed. It is even possible to display reports as Mosaic results as described above.
