Cascade Mosaic is a standard feature of Cascade. For many years our reporting features have provided easy to use, powerful and informative reporting features that provide tables of data, pivot tables and charts that provide detailed information about your people. However, our clients told us they wanted to make their data more personal, more aligned with their role of managing people. Thats why we introduced Mosaic, a new way of looking at and alanysing your workforce that takes advantage of our innate ability to recognise faces in an instant and make associations based on recognition.
Faces that Paint a Picture.
Mosaic will present your employees data in graphs and grids made up of their faces. filter and sort by any employee data and your screen dynamically re organises itself to show the new results. It's even possible to drill down to an employee by zooming in and selecting key data about them as a filter. Recognise an employee who has performed particularly well and interested to see who shares key information with him or her? Simply point at the key employee, zoom in and click data about that employee to see employees sweep in and out who match, or dont match, the criteria you have selected.

Because Mosaic is a dynamic tool designed to provide users with the facility to visually identify, understand and interrogate data it's easy to begin with one group in mind and take a voyage of discovery as more questions occur to you.
