CIPD HR Software Show 2015
Put the date in your diary! The two day event, held at Olympia London, is the perfect opportunity for HR Professionals to come along and meet with the leading HR and Payroll technology suppliers.
There will be teams of experts on hand to talk directly about your requirements and an abundance of seminars to help you understand a little more about the capabilities of the technology. What’s more the event is free so why not register now?
Cascade HR has been a long standing exhibitor at the event. For over five years we have been attracting attention with our eye-catching stand and informative seminars, on hot topics such as change management, absenteeism and the successful implementation of HR software – delivered directly from our clients. We are looking forward to another exciting presentation by our client MND Association this year.
The CIPD HR Software Show welcomes many of the top HR technology suppliers, each with a different proposition. This can be quite overwhelming for someone who is new to the exhibition.
So we have put together a simple guide with some essential top tips for getting the most out of the show. We have spoken to those who have attended before to get their views on how to prepare beforehand, the sorts of questions you should ask, and how to structure your days.
For MND Association, making the charity a household name with the “Ice Bucket Challenge”, was just the tip of the iceberg. It’s essential that the organisation continues to raise awareness for this debilitating disease and working efficiently is key to the organisation’s success.
That means getting all employees on board with its vision. In this year’s seminar, presented by MND Association’s Head of HR, Peter Reeve’s core message is “Prepare, prepare, prepare…” as he talks about the process of procuring their HR System.
20 of Cascade’s HR and Payroll experts will be on hand to offer delegates a detailed insight into the company’s award-winning software. And keen to show HR professionals exactly why they do not believe in a ‘one size fits all’ approach to business, they will be emphasising the importance of software flexibility, throughout the two day event.
Unlike many HR software suppliers for example, Cascade offers both a traditional installed system and a cloud-based solution. Visitors to stand 150 will therefore be able to explore both of these technologies, whilst at the show.
Jane Pointet, HR Director of Cascade’s parent company IRIS, shares her advice and opinions.
‘Prepare, prepare, prepare’, will be the message from Peter Reeve, Head of HR at the Motor Neurone Disease Association, when he takes to the stage at the 2015 CIPD HR Software Show
Ahead of the HR Software Show 2015, we reflect on some seminars from previous years. In this feature we will look back on the presentation by our client Sarah Lowe, HR Manager for Sika Limited.
To what extent can a system encourage a non-discriminatory approach, employee satisfaction and compliance, whilst minimising the administrative burden and disruption imposed on an organisation?
