Did you know that 81% of Cascade’s employees are in post-sales role? This is because our company places a lot of emphasis on customer services. Testament to this is the high client retention rate. Our personal, approachable staff have been recognised as some of the industries finest, giving clients access to a vast amount of knowledge and experience.

As part of our commitment to providing a quality service and the best possible support for our software, we continuously ask for feedback from our client.

After every service day, whether that be consultancy or user training, we ask our clients to give us some feedback on their experience.

Orbis is a specialist in vacant property security providing a complete empty property management service for commercial and social housing properties. The organisation protects and keeps secure over 50,000 properties. The nationwide company have more than 40 offices up and down the country.
