As we embrace the start of 2018, we’ve received some fantastic coverage across a range of our favourite digital and print publications. To kick off the year, we secured a brilliant four page feature in BQ Live as their ‘Workplace of the Week!’ Our HR Business Partner Emily Cryan discussed our modern office location, exclusive workplace perks, and our ongoing quest to put the ‘human’ back into human resources:

We also received some great coverage around the numerous findings from our exclusive HR Landscape report. Our Cascade poll quizzed 447 UK-wide Human Resources professionals on the issues that they could foresee becoming troublesome in 2018, and the results formed the basis of our HR Landscape report. A key finding centered on 44% of those surveyed believing that the workforce does not have enough support to thrive in the coming year:

Our CEO Oliver Shaw had his say on a variety of topics throughout January, most notably around the current Gender Pay Gap storm dominating the media. He spoke out on the subject of HR tech supporting companies to address any inequalities in Gender Pay. In a similar vein to tech supporting wider company strategic issues, Oliver also  spoke to HR and Charity News about business’s futureproofing their HRMS investment in line with company growth. Lastly, he was interviewed by Personnnel Today on the subject of ‘Software as a Service’ being realised as an important concept within the HR sector, and the potential benefits that it can bring:
