We’ve had the Self Service Module
since April, so it’s quite early days for us. But the feedback so far has been brilliant, especially from our managers, they feel a real sense of empowerment at having all of their team’s information in one place rather than having to come to us if they need to find various details out.
And from an employee perspective, they’ve also been brilliant with it. We have quite a diverse workforce, so people are working in various different sites, sometimes not always at PCs. But they’ve really felt the sense of ownership that we wanted them to feel, being able to manage some of the HR processes that we previously did manually
So general feedback has been really good and alongside that, although its quite early days for us, we’ve already felt as a HR team, that some of our time has been freed up from being able to push out some of those processes, which has enabled us to step up and look at a more longer term view and be more strategic really so we are hoping that will continue the more we introduce some modules into the system and to the business.
