Pay & Benefits Awards 2013
In 2013 Cascade was crowned ‘Software Provider of the Year’ at the Pay and Benefits Awards. Pay and Benefits magazine is one of the industry’s most recognised publications, with contributions from top HR and payroll experts. With engaging content on hot topics, it’s a ‘go-to’ for HR Professionals, so it is a real accolade for Cascade and our HR and payroll solution to be recognised for this award.
Cascade’s success can be attributed to the continuing development of the HR and Payroll software, and the subsequent satisfaction of the 400+ clients who have adopted our HR solution as part of their ‘day to day’ human resources responsibilities. This award is testament to the hard work and commitment of the entire Cascade team.
Cascade HR has been awarded prestigious Payroll Quality Partnership (PQP) re-accreditation from the Chartered Institute of Payroll Professionals (CIPP) – a reflection of the company’s ongoing dedication to payroll best practice. Our software specialists achieved PQP status having satisfied a number of stringent CIPP criteria. A body of evidence submitted by Cascade and scrutinised by a PQP assessor, proved that the company is wholly committed to continuous employee development, which in turn equates to the highest quality payroll expertise and support for clients.
BACs Approved Bureau
As a BACs Approved Bureau, Cascade can confidently manage and submit transactions through the BACs service on behalf of our clients.
In order for Cascade to qualify as a BACs Approved Bureau, we have to conform to a set of guidelines set out by BACs Approved Bureaux Scheme. Cascade undergoes rigorous ongoing inspections, designed to audit the procedures and security practices adopted by the company, in turn safeguarding our clients and their funds.
Microsoft Partner – Gold

This qualification is given to businesses in recognition of their success in using Microsoft technologies and represents the highest level of competency and expertise. Being a Microsoft Partner also demonstrates our commitment to the continuous development of HR and payroll software, and the personal and academic growth of our dedicated team of developers.
Investors in People – Silver
As a provider of human resources solutions, much of our business ethos surrounds people and making HR Flow. So it goes without saying that we strive to invest in our own employees too. Being awarded Investors in People Silver is an indication of our commitment to staff. We care about our employees, because they are the people that make Cascade tick. They go above and beyond industry benchmarks, legislative requirements and SLAs, and work hard to make a difference to the clients we work with. Our people give the business its competitive edge. We therefore develop tailored learning, development and reward programmes for all employees, and everyone from our apprentices to our senior management team, has a voice within our decision making process. This helps us retain our ‘family’ feel and ensures all members of staff remain engaged with our vision as we continually evolve.
