Hello, my name is Neil Lewis, Head of Account Management
I joined Cascade in January 2008, as employee number thirty-one. We’re now over five hundred clients and over one hundred employees at Cascade, including a team of six account managers.
Now, obviously there’s a lot of clients for us to get around, but it’s all really about service from the account management team. We come round and we will do account reviews where we discuss the commercials on the account,
but most important the service and support that we give you. The post implementation service, once the implementation project’s completed. So really we’re your point of escalation and for any matters when you need to speak to us new modules you may be interested in, but it’s really about getting the best value out of the system and the service desk is fulfilling those duties and exceeding your expectations hopefully.
