(Project Service Manager – Cascade HR) Hi there, my name’s Richard Mellor, I’m the Project Service Manager here at Cascade. My job is to manage the Project Management team and the Product Consultants who will implement your project. Once you have signed an order with Cascade, your order will get allocated to a Cascade Project Manager.
Your Project Manager will call you, introduce themselves, and go through the basics of what’s going to happen with your implementation.
We will then agree a date where we come on site and go through a project initiation meeting, we’ll cover all manner of things in that meeting from, what dates work for you, how we are going to get your data into the system, what’s going to happen on the training, have you got any holidays coming up that’s going to affect the training. So everything and anything that’s going to affect the implementation..
Following the implementation, your project manager will come back to the office and plan your project. They’ll deliver to you a project initiation document detailing everything discussed and also give you a project plan. They will then be your main contact throughout the whole duration of the project. Once the project takes momentum we will take your data and our technical services team will get it into the system for you. Consultants will then come on site and do training and consultancy to make sure Cascade is implemented successfully.
