As the summer season begins to kick in, we’ve received some fantastic coverage across a range of our current projects. Much of our other varied coverage has focused on our latest research piece; The Conflict Report 2017. Following the fantastic reaction to our Stress Report, published last year, we decided to delve further into another topical subject for the HR profession. Our study of 1,000 UK adults in full or part-time employment found that unfair workloads and inequality between colleagues are leading causes of workplace conflict. Differences in working hours, or taking on bigger workload sizes are also the causes of squabbles for almost 1 in 3 (32%) of UK colleagues:
